Our Gynecology Team

Dr. Ciranni-Callon completed her residency at Rochester General Hospital, in Rochester, New York. She attended medical school at New York Institute of Technology’s New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She specializes in full-scale gynecological care. In her spare time, Dr. Ciranni-Callon enjoys hiking, fishing, bike riding, and home remodeling.

Charlotte attended St. John Fisher University, where she earned her BSN in Nursing and an MS in Advanced Practice Nursing. Prior to NP school, Charlotte worked as a registered nurse for six years at URMC on a thoracic/plastic/colorectal unit. In her spare time, she enjoys spinning, hiking and spending time with family.

Alexandria is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in gynecology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Franklin Pierce University and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Mercy College in New York City.

Since 2015, Alexandria has provided comprehensive care in both obstetrics and gynecology. At Trillium Health, she is excited to focus exclusively on gynecology—her true passion. She practices with a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and takes a weight-neutral approach to patient care. She is committed to shared decision-making and prioritizes pain management during procedures to ensure her patients feel safe and supported.

Originally from Rochester, Alexandria has lived in New Hampshire, Paris, Vienna, New York City, and Gloucester, MA, before returning to her hometown. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, attending theater performances, and dining out with her spouse and nephew.
