Giving Societies

support equal care for all

Support from our Friends of Trillium Health and Founder’s Society ensures that we can continue to provide essential programs and services. As the demand for community health services grows and the cost of care rises, your contributions through these leadership giving societies are crucial in helping us deliver the highest-quality care to those most in need, particularly the most vulnerable populations.

Contact a member of our Foundation Team at [email protected] for more information about joining.

The Red Ribbon Society offers us the opportunity to recognize and celebrate those who have demonstrated their support for Trillium Health through legacy giving. Gifts made via a living will, trust, retirement account, life insurance policy, or other assets are a powerful and personal way to honor our mission and help ensure a lasting impact on our organization’s future.

If you would like to discuss making a bequest, or if you have named Trillium Health as a beneficiary in your will or trust, please let us know so we can ensure that your gift is used according to your wishes. If you have any questions or would like to discuss further, please contact Foundation Donor Relations Manager Alicia Gazda at [email protected].

programs & services impact

Your support ensures we continue to provide essential programs and services that are otherwise not traditionally covered under state or federal funding. This includes services such as:

  • Free HIV home-testing kits for patients
  • Food pantry access for individuals and families with food insecurity
  • Harm Reduction programs offered in the heart of our city to address the opioid epidemic, including overdose prevention and linkage to medically assisted treatment
  • Support groups for our LGBTQ+ communities
  • Emergency housing, rent, and utility assistance and transportation to much needed healthcare services
  • HIV testing at community outreach events
  • “Reach out & Read” – an early childhood literacy program provided by our Pediatrics division

This reflects but a few of the services your support provides. With over 100 patients on average referred through testing each month to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP—the once-a-day pill to prevent HIV infection) helping to end the HIV epidemic; 52,000+ individuals engaged via physical and digital outreach on a yearly basis; and continued patient growth across all areas of the organization, it is essential that we have your support to continue to provide stigma-free and barrier-free care to all who walk through our doors regardless of their ability to pay.

Contact a member of our Foundation Team at [email protected] for more information about joining.

We're accepting new patients! Click here to get started or call us at 585.545.7200.
