Kelly serves as the Associate Vice President of Behavioral Health, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families. She possesses comprehensive experience and training in addressing a wide range of mental health issues and concerns, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harming behaviors, relationship issues, and family conflict. Kelly has dedicated over a decade to serving children, adolescents, and adult survivors of sexual and physical violence. Additionally, she is skilled in treating co-morbid mental health and substance use disorders. Alongside her administrative duties, Kelly will provide direct care services to Trillium patients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kelly earned her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining Trillium, she held various administrative roles, including Chief Program Officer at Villa of Hope, Vice President of Operations at the Mental Health Association, and Associate Director at the Monroe County Office of Mental Health. Kelly’s contributions to the field have been recognized, as evidenced by her receipt of the Rochester Business Journal Healthcare Heroes Award for 2024.

Dr. Madeline Truman is a Rochester native who earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from St. John Fisher University and her doctorate from the University of Rochester. She holds advanced certificates in the Mind/Body Connection and URMC Integrated Care and Medical Family Therapy, and has worked in clinical roles at Strong Hospital’s Division of Outpatient Endocrinology, Rochester Regional Health, and Highland Family Medicine. She has also served as an adjunct psychology professor at St. John Fisher University and a clinical supervisor at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Truman specializes in working with individuals with co-occurring mental and physical health conditions, including chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and irritable bowel syndrome. She provides individual, couples, and group therapy for those navigating trauma, major life transitions, and challenges with emotional processing. Her approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, emphasizing collaboration and honoring each individual’s lived experience.

Alyssa Lombardi attended University of Rochester (BA, MS), University at Albany (PhD), and completed her doctoral internship at University of Rochester’s University Counseling Center. Their professional interests include mental health and suicide prevention. Alyssa has worked in community mental health centers, college counseling centers, and has trained crisis counselors in her former role. In their spare time, Alyssa enjoys playing rugby and playing guitar.

Kristin Ricci attended the University of Rochester’s School of Nursing. She has worked in the nursing field for 19 years, specializing in psychiatry and medicine. Kristin is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, reading, long-distance running, and taking care of her family’s pets, which include a dog, three guinea pigs, a bearded dragon, two hermit crabs, and eight fish.

Dr. Libman is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist with more than twenty years of experience working with diverse patient populations across a wide range of clinical settings. He has completed fellowships in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry, and has extensive experience treating individuals with eating disorders, substance use disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related conditions including PTSD.

In his work, he emphasizes a holistic, collaborative approach grounded in dignity, respect, and support for wellness across a broad spectrum of identities and lived experiences.

Coral Jiménez-Ricaurte earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in Health Psychology at the Rochester Institute of Technology and her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester’s Counseling Center.

Her clinical work explores how health and social factors shape well-being. She provides individual and group psychotherapy, integrating relational and interpersonal approaches with evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

In addition to her clinical practice, Coral has conducted research on health disparities and the social determinants of health, with a focus on understanding how context and systems influence mental health outcomes.

Coral is committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel supported in their growth and development. She offers services in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Dulko is a Licensed Psychologist and attended NYU and West Virginia University, specializing in trauma and dissociation treatment, HIV populations, severe and persistent mental illness, adjustment to disability, and vocational rehabilitation. He has been in the counseling and psychotherapy field for over 35 years, has conducted professional training nationally, and has taught graduate studies at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Dulko has been practicing at Trillium Health since 2014. Now that his two children have grown and left the nest, he enjoys gardening, reading, hiking and camping, and traveling with his partner in his free time.

Sebastian Brundage earned his bachelor’s in psychology and master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University. He completed his internship at Strong Hospital’s Division of Outpatient Endocrinology. In his previous role, he worked in a community mental health clinic, providing therapy to everyone from adolescent to geriatric patients. His integrated approach is from a person-centered existentialist perspective, working to gain an understanding of each client’s unique culture and experiences to provide them with care. In his free time Sebastian enjoys being in nature, painting, and music.

Sarah Annlee graduated with her Master’s in Social Work from SUNY Albany. She has over 20 years of experience working in clinical social work and specializing in children and families. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and being in nature.
